Abstract
Complex analysis is a field of mathematics that builds upon principles of single and multivariable calculus as well as differential equations. This project was created to provide students without the math background with an introduction to several of the preliminary concepts upon which complex analysis is founded. Explanations of the topics of calculus are presented to cater directly to readers and provide them with a more fundamental understanding of this field. This project investigates functions, limits, and derivatives, along with some of their applications to other STEM fields.
